To make the Openfietsmap more complete there are several poi sources on the web related to bicycle touring. Here are only a few that are useful for planning cycling trips, specifically for the Netherlands:

• OSM Fietsrouteplanner - Cycleroute planner based on OSM data, covering the Netherlands, Belgium, Niedersachsen, Nordrhein-Westfalen.

• Brouter - Very fast and powerful web-based bike routing software based on Openstreetmap data. Can also be used in Osmand android app for off-line routing.

• RidewithGPS.com - My favourite web-based bike route planner with multiple maps options like Google Maps, Streetview and Openstreetmap

• Waymarked trails - This map shows sign-posted cycling routes all around the world on OSM; with downloadable GPX tracks
