Update OFM Benelux (full version) & hiking layer.

Please note that the installation of the hiking maplayer is changed.  The OFM_hike.zip file only contains the maptiles + installer.exe (place them in a folder of your choice and run install.exe). 
The zip file can be converted to a gmap  / Mac version with Javawa's Mapconverter:
